Placing an Order
Any personal information (Name, address, email, and credit card) you send
us when submitting your 'Shop Online' order is transmitted securely over the
Internet from your computer to our Web server.
When you place an order, we need to know your name, email address,
mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. Once we receive
your personal information for an online purchase, your information will only
be used to process, track and ship your order.
Masada will retain this data (with the exception of credit
card information) for customer service purposes.
Registration
When you register with Masada,
we use the information we collect about you to help us provide better
products and services on our web site and in our stores. We will also be
able to notify you by email of special promotions and new products.
Security
The 'shop online' section of the Masada
Web site is located on a 'secure server.' When you submit any personal
information from the shop online order form and the registration form, the
secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information before it is sent to
us, protecting it against unauthorized access.
The secure server access implemented on this site is the https protocol
that uses Netscape's SSL (secure socket layer) security features. This
allows all commerce on the Internet to be conducted as safely and securely
as any other form of commerce. You do not need to be using a Netscape Web
browser for your information to be sent securely. The most current browsers
support SSL technology. Your browser should let you know when you are about
to make a secure connection by displaying a message box. You should also see
an image of an unbroken key or a lock at the bottom corner of your browser.
If the message is not displayed or the image is of a broken key, your
connection is not secure. If you still have concerns about using your credit

Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 48 hours of
receipt.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following
Monday.
Orders with Priority shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) will be
processed the same day 10:30 am PST.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays.)
Priority Shipping
For 3-day, 2-day, or overnight service, please phone Masada Customer
Service at 800-368-8811 for a quotation based on actual delivery charges for
your specific package, as quoted by UPS or Fed-Ex.
International, Hawaii,
Alaska Shipments
To obtain international shipping charges or shipping charges to
Alaska or Hawaii, please contact Customer Service at 800-368-8811. Or you
may click 'contact us' and fill in your address
information. We will provide shipping costs by e-mail.
Delivery information
USA:
Standard Shipping- order delivery within 3-7 business days from ship date.
2nd Day Service- order delivery within 2-3 business days from ship date.
Overnight Service- order delivery on next business day from ship date.
Returns
Masada products are guaranteed to be free of
defects. If you receive your Masada
product order and it is found to be damaged or defective upon opening the
package, please phone Masada
Customer Service immediately at 800-368-8811 or email
info@masada-spa.com. Keep all shipping
materials for reference and we will arrange for an exchange.
